This website is operated by Glass House Xperience. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” “I,” and “our” refer to Glass House Xperience.
We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products & Services

All of our products are handmade, and as such, each piece is unique. Variations in color, size, and shape are natural characteristics of hand-blown glass and do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any product without prior notice

• Limit quantities of any product offered

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time

3. Memorial Glass Orders

Memorial glass items are custom-made using ashes provided by the customer.
By submitting an order, you confirm that:

• You have full legal authority to send and authorize use of the ashes provided

• You understand that once ashes are incorporated into glass, the piece cannot be modified, returned, or refunded

We treat all ashes with the utmost care and respect. Any remaining ashes will be returned or handled according to the customer’s wishes.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packing and shipping our glass to ensure it arrives safely.
Delivery times may vary based on location, production time, and carrier delays.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

6. Returns & Refunds

Memorial glass pieces are final sale.
For non-memorial glassware and art pieces, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please review that policy carefully before placing your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and artwork displayed on our website and social media channels are the intellectual property of Glass House Xperience and Mandy Patchin.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, available here.

9. Limitation of Liability

Glass House Xperience shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury or damage resulting from misuse or improper handling of glass products

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products

Our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
