At Glass House Xperience, every piece of glass is individually hand-crafted with care by artist Mandy Patchin. Because each creation is unique, slight variations in color, size, and shape are part of the beauty of handmade glass.
Memorial Glass Orders
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of memorial glass, all memorial items are final sale. Once ashes are incorporated into the glass, the order cannot be modified, returned, or refunded.
I take great care to confirm all details before beginning production and to ensure each piece is made with the highest respect and craftsmanship.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will review your claim and may offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Regular Glassware & Fine Art
For non-memorial pieces (such as functional glassware, ornaments, or art glass), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is included
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos and your order number to info@ghxperience.com within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
